How do I make a booking?

See the Contact page for ways to contact Daniel and enquire about available dates. A 50% deposit is payable for groups of 3 or more, otherwise payment is due on booking. The deposit is non-refundable. The details will be sent to you by email.

Sessions can start at 11.00am, 2.00pm or 5.30pm-6.00pm Monday – Wednesday; Saturday 11.00am. When booking a Saturday session it is recommended that you book well in advance as Saturday sessions are the most popular and are booked quickly.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

All requests for cancellation or transfer must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled session are non refundable. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding of our need to minimise losses.

Requests to transfer a booking to an alternative session must be submitted in writing via email no later than 28 days prior to the original session date and are subject to availability. Triangle Pottery is not obliged to ensure suitable alternative dates.
